Frequently called “Chicago’s best kept secret”, Silk and NightWind prides itself on the fulfillment of its mission statement…”music people have heard in a way that they have never heard it, and music people have never heard. Being a collaboration of singer/songwriters and producers, Silk and NightWind have abandoned the desire to just “cover music” but to interpret the popular songs of various era’s and present their own creativity thru their own original songs and arrangements. Their genre? “Contemporary Soul, House and Jazz Pop”.
