  • Ash Easton

    Ash Easton

    Music

Ash Easton is a radiant product of suburban San Marcos, California. At a young age she was exposed to the kind of music that would mold her as a human and a musician. This same music would also inspire her to attempt to stand out among her nine competitive siblings.

Artists such as Aretha Franklin, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Whitney Houston, the Temptations, and Linda Ronstadt distinctly shaped her voice and singing style. Her formative years were spent taking vocal lessons and singing in a choir, which led her and her band of vocalists to Hungary, Germany, and Russia to showcase their burgeoning talent. Along with this invaluable traveling and singing experience, Ash Easton pursued three years of classical music during that time in an effort to perfect her range of talent.

She began her solo musical journey singing in churches and then started writing her own music, which she took to bars and restaurants to perform. She has been playing all over San Diego for the last five years, sharing her original songs with enamored audiences and lucky bystanders alike. Not content to simply play astounding music, over the years ASH has established a resolute nature that compliments her music in a beautifully mighty way.

Ash Easton has been influenced by artists such as  Whitney Houston, Brandi Carlile, the Black Keys, and Jack White. She has shared the stage with notable artists such as POD, Shane Hall, Gavin DeGraw, Anderson East, and Malachi Henry and the Lights. This amalgam of influential singers and songwriters yielded a style of music which could be defined as Americana Soul. Her voice pierces hearts and gratifies ears, all while challenging the modern formulaic female sound. HLLNDR’s art is forthright, raw, and lacks any trace of bubble gum, boy toys, or fairy tales.

The debut album, “From the Ashes,” is the aftermath of pushing head-on into her own brush fires. The same fires that scorch everything around it also refine her talent and persistence — a talent that threatens those with less tenacity and a combustible persistence that cannot be ignored. Emerging from the ashes, Ash Easton is ready to flick matches all over today’s music scene.

ASH EASTON’s debut album under the name HLLNDR dropped in January and can be found on all listening platforms.

  • Valentine Byrne

    Valentine Byrne

    Pop

Valentine Byrne is a ghostwriter, session musician, and audio engineer with millions of streams across listening platforms both in America and across the globe. Her work has appeared on multiple Editorial Playlists including Spotify’s Top 50 in the US, Fresh Finds, and Young & Free and her compositions have been showcased at the Tribeca Film Festival. She has performed at some of the most notable venues in NYC including Le Poisson Rouge, House of Yes, Arlene's Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall and The Bowery Electric.

Valentine composed, recorded, produced, and mixed her debut solo EP Baby on a Wall, which took shape during the 2020 lockdown. She also performed all instruments (guitar, piano, drums, bass, synths) and vocals on her EP and layered field recordings (including campfires, wind chimes, cowbells, and voicemails) she has gathered over the years under her tracks to give texture and context. Enamored by the study of altered consciousness, her melodies and lyrics often come to her between consciousness and sleep. She is fascinated by the dream state and strives to express her search for purpose, belonging, and contentment through her writing. Elliot James Mulhern (Ramones, Maroon 5, Ne-Yo) of Blossöm Records and Grammy nominated engineer Nacor Zuluaga Morelo (Enrique Iglesias, 50 Cent, Talib Kweli) mastered Baby On a Wall

Splitting her time between California and New York, she has studied classical piano for over 20 years and has a B.A. in Music Theory & Composition from New York University. As a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and recording engineer at the renowned recording studio Engine Room Audio in downtown New York City, Valentine has collaborated with a variety of well-known talents such as veteran producer J Chris Griffin (Madonna, John Legend, Kanye West), Raquel Castro, jacuzzi jefferson, Top Thuy, Real J. Wallace, Big Tent Revival, Jordan James of The Juilliard School, Laeticia De Valer, and multi-platinum engineer Gabe MG (SZA, Mobb Deep, Trey Songz, Pharrell Williams). She has appeared on albums with artists including Adrianne Lenker of Big Thief,  KOOL A.D. of Das Racist, Pool Cosby, Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire, DUVV, and Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan.

Valentine is committed to social justice and prioritizes bringing awareness to the homelessness crisis in her home town of San Diego. She also advocates for the musical education of low income neighborhoods through her work with local non-profit Mid-City Community Music (MCCM) and has been teaching piano and music theory for over 10 years. She stands with the BLM Movement and her LGBTQIA+ brothers and sisters and is dedicated to fighting for the rights of all humans through creative expression.

  • Charlie Rae

    Charlie Rae

    Pop

Charlie is the quintessential raw, electric, and boldly original artist. Her music transcends previously defined genres, combining soaring vocals with unpredictable, mystical melodies that are stunningly powerful, and profoundly new. Every one of her songs tell a deep and meaningful story, and none were created for specifically for commercial purposes.  None.

Charlie and her highly successful and passionate backers believe there is a colossal demand for genuine music, created to tell stories that are relatable, timeless, and will stand across all generations. Charlie is one of the few remaining authentic musicians, standing amidst a sea of formulaic noise, absent of true emotion and originality.

Charlie grew up in Phoenix and taught herself to sing and play guitar at age 5. Her family completely resisted her passion, telling her to think with her checkbook and not her heart. They took away her boombox as a teen, forcing her to secretly perfect her voice, rhythm, and ability to invent melodies.

With only her own belief system, and improvisation using a broken three-string guitar worth a few dollars, she decided hit the road at age 17 to make it on her own. There were no options for her other than music, and having no alternatives gave her the clarity of purpose to succeed, no matter what setbacks appeared along the way. Without any professional representation, her talent was independently noticed by the most discriminating listening scouts, and through sheer force of talent, she found her way to open for Heart, David Foster, Pat Benatar, Sheryl Crow, Leon Russell, Chris Isaak, Michelle Branch, and Donovan, to name just a few.

Charlie Rae is backed by high technology entrepreneurs in San Diego, she has now professionally recorded dozens of world class songs which are owned by her own Production Company, Hello Samson Productions LLC.

Her catalog represents a magnificent collection of blockbuster-quality titles, all originally produced on the world’s best audio equipment, hand-picked by leading technology experts, musicians, and sound engineers.   Her songs are stunning in their composition, and each was developed to tell a story that everyone can identify with, and spans across all generations and genres.

Charlie’s songs are a fundamentally new interpretation of pop, soul, rock, tearful sorrow, new country, as well as personal reinvention.  Without formal marketing and on a limited test basis, she routinely generates millions of page views on social media, and is now focusing on cinematography centered upon her music, and touring to live audiences.
