The Unknown Jones
The Unknown Jones
Blues-Rock
The Unknown Jones is the super group collaboration of Digger Jones and The Unknown Woodsmen. Drawing from each group's influences, The Unknown Jones pays tribute to a host of themes that has included sets by The Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers Band, and even Billboard Chart Toppers. Each show is unique from one to the next and the wall of sound generated from double drummers, harmonizing electric guitars, Hammond organ, electric bass and group vocals is a force of nature that demands to move.

Blues-Rock
With a sound larger than most bands twice their size, Digger Jones is a blues rock group from Central New York influenced by blues from throughout the past century, rock 'n roll artists of the '60s and '70s, and Americana troubadours of the present.
They have built their reputation on a foundation of high-energy shows that give a nod to tradition while staying relevant for modern audiences.

"Expect the band to either blow the roof off the joint or burn the place down. The Ithaca-based rock/hip-hop/reggae/soul collective will ratchet up the intensity. The band's potent musical blend keeps audiences bouncing to funky rhymes about universal brotherhood and our collective destinies." - Chris Kocher, Pressconnects

Americana
Mike Powell
Mike Powell
Americana
With a vintage voice and a chest full of hauntingly heartfelt songs, prolific storyteller Mike Powell is the underground messenger of blue-collar soul. Each night the lights go up, this pioneering poet lets his guard down and allows the fervently fearless stories to come to life. His comfort behind a microphone and unique brand of atomic folk creates a vibe that warms the room like a long-ago fire burning hot inside a cabin in the woods.
In 2004, Powell left Syracuse University as the most decorated lacrosse player in history but declined offers to play professionally so that he could focus fully on the craft of songwriting. Over the past fifteen years he’s written over two hundred songs, released seven albums and has toured the country playing shows with Martin Sexton, David Lindley, Shooter Jennings, Sarah Lee Guthrie & many more.
This fiercely independent artist presents his songs in several different formats which allows his sound to match whatever room he’s playing. His relaxed solo-style listening room show puts Powell’s extreme comfort as a performer on display and breaks down the door between the stage and the mezzanine.

Indie Rock
Indie/art-rock group All Poets and Heroes serves as a reminder that we are all poets and heroes - doctors, police, sanitary workers, cooks, single mothers, the incarcerated - all of us can be the poets and heroes of our collective existence.

Americana
The Rollin' Rust
The Rollin' Rust
Americana
The Rollin' Rust is an indie/folk group from the foothills of Central New York. Being led by singer-songwriter James VanDeuson, The Rollin' Rust celebrates the distinguished writing style of a vagabond folk artist. Joined by his talented friends, Jim Hearn (lead guitarist) and Kyle Dennis (percussion) James' songs now have a distinct edginess to them, sounding almost as if you took a classic folk song and corrupted its mind with years of crazed festivals and long nights in smoky southern bar rooms. The Rollin' Rust boys have been playing music together since they were just teenagers, crafting a truly unique sound that could only be formed by such long-lasting friendship and intimate evenings with the highway itself.

Drawing on a wide range of influences from Ray Charles to Pure Prarie League, Miley Cyrus and many points in between, the acoustic trio is as immediately captivating as they are just simply stated downhome fun.
