Screw the Rules storms the stage with Eastside Compton’s own Screw Roy Rice, a high-energy comic who’s been turning real life into unapologetic punchlines for years. He’s bringing Gina G., Kerina “Kaydott” Wells, and comedy powerhouse Melanie Comarcho—who got her break on Def Comedy Jam after entering comedy on a dare and went on to tour with Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence and Katt Williams.

Four comics. Zero filters. Absolutely no interest in behaving.

Screw the rules, cancel your responsible plans, and grab your tickets before somebody with worse judgment gets your seat.

  • Screw Roy Rice

    Comedy

One of the hottest, most energetic comedians coming out of the Eastside of Compton, California.

Powered by his hometown of eastside Compton and the inspiration of friends, Screw launched his comedic journey in 1993.

Since he has the natural ability to socialize capturing stories, Screw was often thought as being a comedian. He began performing at the historical Comedy Act Theater (Regency West)in Leimert Park in Los Angles, California. Equipped with uncompromised hard work and dedication to the stage, Screw's signature act is coined with a fearless attitude, extreme high energy and a respected tag of "keeping it real".

  • Gina G

    Comedy

Gina G is proof that sometimes the best career move starts with grabbing a microphone between shifts. After getting her start while waiting tables at comedian J. Anthony Brown’s J Spot Comedy Club in Los Angeles, Gina G quickly turned a spontaneous stage appearance into a thriving comedy career. She went on to win Florida’s Funniest Female (2017–2018), perform everywhere from cruise ships and churches to major comedy clubs across the country, and open for comedy heavyweights including Damon Wayans and Michael Blackson. Gina has also appeared on Fox Soul and HBO programming, hosts the podcast Chit-Chat NDa Closet Live, and brings a high-energy, relatable style that keeps audiences laughing long after the show ends.

  • Melanie Camacho

    Comedy

Melanie Camacho, the correct spelling is “Comarcho”, but people tend to use the other version of her last name, has gained national recognition in the US through her appearances on TV, including “The Chris Rock Show” ,”Vibe” , “The Keenan Ivory Wayans show”, “Def Comedy Jam” , “Arsenio Hall” and “The Soul Train Comedy Awards”. DJ Kholes interviewed comedienne her in a show at Rochester NY, which you can see in a video we have posted for you. So who said that women couldn’t be funny? Melanie Comarcho hails from Inglewood, CA, and she works stages all across the country.

  • Kerina Wells

    Comedy

Kerina “KayDott” Wells is an LA-based stand-up comic turning everyday chaos into belly laughs. After stepping away from a corporate career in 2019 to chase comedy full-time, she’s become a crowd favorite for her fresh, unfiltered takes on anxiety, relationships, motherhood, snacks, and the absurdities of life.

Kerina’s sharp wit and chaotic charm shine on club stages and at Improv comedy rooms across Southern California, where she’s headlined shows delivering loud laughs and hard truths.

With a growing fan base on Instagram as @_kaydott — where she overshares professionally — Kerina is powered by green tea, bad decisions, and a relentless drive to make audiences laugh.
