Scott Pryor and War Child - Album Release Party

  • Scott Pryor

    Rock

Scott Pryor is an American singer, songwriter, and rock powerhouse whose life hits just as hard as his music. Born in Montana and raised across Wyoming and Indiana, Pryor is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran whose grit and intensity have shaped him into one of rock’s most compelling rising voices.

Every lyric Pryor writes pulses with purpose. His music is forged from the fire of personal experience—raw stories of love, trauma, triumph, and transformation. Inspired early on by his father, a world-class honky-tonk pianist, Scott fused his roots with a ferocious rock edge, giving birth to a sound that’s emotionally charged and unapologetically bold. His debut album, Wide Awake is a heart-wrenching tribute to his late son, Elijah, who died by suicide during the album’s production. The loss became the album’s heartbeat and set Pryor on a mission to move hearts and spark healing through fearless storytelling.

Now working on his third album, Pryor is turning up the volume with explosive new music. His gritty rock version of Pat Benatar’s “We Belong”, launches a tribute series to iconic women in rock. His follow-up single, “Bad Romance,” reimagines Lady Gaga’s hit with spine-tingling grit, while his newest track, “Pale Horse” dropped August 1st, delivering haunting vocals and cinematic power.

Pryor recently took home a Telly Award for “Break Away,” his emotionally charged anthem directed by Mil Cannon.
