Our Host, Maryam Moosavi got her start in Sacramento, where she ran shows out of her living room and at parks near her home. She eventually became a regular at Laughs Unlimited and the Sacramento Punchline. She performs all over Northern California and her immigrant parents are very proud of her. Maryam Moosavi was a participant in the 2024 San Francisco Comedy Competition and auditioned at Emma’s Restaurant. It’s great to have her back.
