Featuring Guest Nico Sarani   German-born and globally inspired, Nico is a yoga, meditation, and movement instructor blending mindfulness, recovery, and performance. After studying Art History, Cultural Studies, and Asian Studies, they lived and taught across Bali, London, and New York, completing advanced trainings in yoga, breathwork, and mindset coaching.   Before joining Peloton as its first German Yoga and Meditation Instructor in 2021, Nico worked with Adidas as a coach and community leader.
