Sam Yo’s journey from the bright lights of London’s West End—where he made history as the first Thai actor to play the King of Siam in The King and I—to teaching fitness to millions around the world in his present role as a Peloton instructor has taught him a great deal about how to find stillness anytime and anywhere.

But the foundation of his teachings stems from his time living as a Buddhist monk in a Thai monastery, and he continues to share this ancient wisdom with audiences around the world.
