ACT 1 SCENE 1
During the finishing of Josh Eagle and The Harvest City’s first record Show Your Teeth, frustrated with overindulgence, sins against himself, and a slight writer’s block, Josh booked a flight to Hawaii. It was 3000 miles off the mainland where Eagle begun to stick his hands in the dirt, gaining knowledge of farming and working on what would become 2011’s A Good One is Hard to Find. Eagle’s distance away from his hometown allowed the head and the heart grow stronger. The remainder of time away finished up along the HWY 1…Monteray, Los Olivos, Big Sur, San Francisco, Muir Woods. It was here where ideas became to be concrete. The outcome of Eagle’s hiatus were songs gifting homage: memories of hometown Cincinnati, romantic Hawaiian escapes, and a young man’s desire to become one with himself and the vast American landscape. Welcome home.

Growing up in Cincinnati Ohio, singer/songwriter Harold Mike Sizemore experienced his Rock N Roll roots. While spending summers in Southeastern Kentucky help him to find his country and bluegrass wings. Beginning in 1998 Mike put his roots and wings to paper and penned his first real song Never Been in Love Before in which he wrote for a band that he co-founded in Columbus Ohio called Strange Acquaintance. After his stint with Strange Acquaintance Mike began his journey as an acoustic act, playing in various clubs and bars around the Cincinnati music scene. Mike has been critically a claimed by such people as MTV.com's Jackson Buehrer who says "Mike Delivers catchy retro rock classics," while Producer John Simon (Producer of groups like the Band and Janis Joplin) says The songs are good. The energy is there and the love songs, in particular, are focused and sincere. Now a member of ASCAP Mike continues to make music his own way, blending rootsy sounds mixed with soulful vocals that take you somewhere. Editor's Note: Harold Mike was the producer of America's favorite Trucking radio show America's Truckin' Network W/ Steve Sommers on 700 WLW in Cincinnati Ohio and XM Ch. 173
Born and raised in Southern Ohio's Brown County, Tim Caudill has been making up songs ever since he was a kid. Together with his younger brother, Matt - the duo would write and perform songs to entertain: parents, grandparents and neighbors. Tim's uncle, George Jones (Whiskey River & Sugar Mountain Express - not the OTHER George Jones) starting teaching him guitar at the age of 8.
In 1995, Tim founded the hardcore/punk band CAGED. CAGED fused the energy of hardcore/punk music with the heaviness of classic heavy metal. CAGED recorded and toured with 1% Records in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. A journalist in Wilmington, North Carolina bitterly dismissed CAGED as "circa 1988 Metallica, but with Glenn Danzig as the lead singer and songwriter" - a barb meant as an insult but taken by CAGED as a huge compliment.
After many years of ramblin', Tim returned back home to Brown County, Ohio...and returned to the music of his youth: folk, blues and bluegrass. Tim writes and performs: solo, with his Uncle George Jones (folk/old country/classic rock), with The Blue Fugates (bluegrass) and with The Dirty Hobos (folk-rock/Americana) -
