Rehash is a rising indie rock outfit out of South Florida, blending elements of alternative rock, grunge, and shoegaze into a sound that feels both nostalgic and distinctly modern. Formed by high school friends Renzo Valdez (vocals/guitar) and Sebastian Gamez (guitar/keys), the band later expanded to a four-piece with brothers Ethan Lopez (drums) and Daseth Lopez (bass).  

Emerging from DIY roots and early traction on social platforms, Rehash quickly built a following with a mix of original material and covers before releasing their debut album Rehash in 2023. They followed it up with Mourning Star (2024) and mock (2025), expanding their reach with the breakout single “Back to Strangers,” which gained significant momentum online.
