Chicago Soul Explosion is 10-piece horn show band that plays R&B/Pop/Soul/Motown/Funk. Music directed by Robert Burks, musical director/guitarist for Chicago's own The Chi-Lites, this band made up of all-star musicians from all over the Midwest who've played with many well knows acts including The Jacksons, The Temptations, Prince and The Chi-Lites among others. Chicago Soul Explosion stretches their reach with tunes not many bands usually cover and try to make themselves unique amongst the music community.
