Reggie and the Full Effect combine infectious melodies, sappy love songs, good-natured yet offbeat slyness, and comic sensibility like virtually no other "band" before them. Reggie albums are full of skits, hooky pop songs, and chunky guitar playing that appeal to fans of punk rock, emo, and hardcore alike. There are two sides to the Reggie and the Full Effect story. One is fictitious and humorous -- the tale of a bluesman named Reggie who vanished at the height of his career, and whose lost "White Chocolate Studios" recordings were recently unearthed and dropped at the doorstep of a couple of independent record labels. The other is the real story. Reggie is actually the Get Up Kids' keyboard player and former Coalesce drummer James Dewees, making records on which he plays all of the instruments.

Bridging the gap between humor and sincerity, HummusVacuum is a tongue-in-cheek Punk outfit based out of Columbus, Ohio. Mixing earnest, anthemic emo/power-pop songs with fast-paced eccentrics, HummusVacuum aims to bridge the gap between Punk Rock and Comedic Sensibility in a way that feels fresh.

Daniel Palmentera is no stranger to rock and roll. Over the past two decades, he has played in a variety of bands that have gained notoriety throughout the Northeast Ohio and Pittsburgh PA regions. His last full-fledged rock band, My Mouth Is The Speaker, has been quiet for a number of years – only playing select shows on occasion. When the band slowed down, Daniel began playing solo shows and releasing music under the pseudonym Eighty-Sixed, Kid. A stripped down version of his rock and roll roots, Eighty-Sixed, Kid showcased a more personal approach to songwriting than his previous endeavors.

In October of 2020, Eighty-Sixed released his debut self-titled EP to high praise. A few short years later he released his second stripped down EP, “No Bandwidth.” Both albums were an intimate, acoustic driven dive into the heart of a powerhouse lyricist and instrumentalist; produced by Rob Parr (The Dear Hunter, As Tall As Lions) and released by upstart Endnote Records.

Through the years, the urge to play loud rock music got stronger and stronger. When he could no longer stand it, Daniel would enlist a number of musicians to help turn the stripped down tunes into full-fledged rock and roll songs and began playing gigs around Northeast Ohio. A number of lineup changes with a cast of close friends helping out has been instrumental in bringing the songs to life. Now, in spring of 2025, a solidified lineup featuring bassist and longtime collaborator Gino Locascio (My Mouth Is The Speaker), Kent Sliney (Light Years, The Missed), and Jon Rodgers (Annabel, Runaway Brother). With the new lineup in place, new songs in the back pocket, and another EP/LP in the works - again with Rob Parr producing and engineering - Eighty-Sixed, Kid is ready to kick things into high gear. Expect to see and hear them soon.
