Blown out and gritty as all get-out, Nashville's PUJOL returns to us after their frenzied out buck-nasty headlining show with SLUSHY and EASY HABITS back in November. Since then, PUJOL has settled in nicely into a fierce and fetching rock & roll band, led by the songwriting guile and lyrical prowess of DANIEL PUJOL. Their latest release is called Kisses and Daniel is currently working on a chapbook of prose poetry entitled Mighty Stranger, as well as a new Pujol LP. Kisses is eight tracks: three poems and five rock & roll songs. The EP was the second in a series of limited releases from Puj’s Bartertown Co-Op. This boy just doesn't know how to slow down and we're all the more grateful for it...

"Self-styled Southern-fried country punk. He has a wiry, nasal voice, and his live shows are refreshingly raucous affairs." -The New Yorker

"PUJOL's rousing but laid-back sensibility, and hearkens back to Exile on Main St.-era Rolling Stones with its bluesy guitars and loud chorus." -Consequence of Sound

    Garage Rock

The Hot Moms are a garage rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 2012 by singer/songwriter Drew Stephens, the band combines zany up-tempo licks with classic pop sensibility to create lobster rock—a classy style of slick fuzz that you can eat with your hands.

In 2015 the band released its debut full length record ‘Temptress.” Recorded and produced by keyboard player Paul Wierdak, their first effort charted on the CMJ and gained licensing contracts with MTV, NASCAR, FOX Sports and many others.

Following line-up changes the band solidified as a four piece with Drew singing and strumming guitar, Paul on keys, Jamie Bowler plucking bass and Jordan Teague holding down the drums. In the spring of 2016 the band honed their sound and completed ‘Coconut Milk,’ their forth coming EP due out in the Spring of 2017.

With eccentric live performances, The Hot Moms have wowed audience alike throughout the Midwest. They have shared stages with The Walters, Modern Vices, Post-Animal, White Mystery, Made Violent and many others. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the release of ‘Coconut Milk’ and catch The Hot Moms live in a city near you.
