Mardi Gras Pop-Up Dinner — February 17, doors open at 6:00pm, Dinner is served at 6:30pm
$80 per guest
Three-course prix fixe dinner including warm cornbread with Creole butter and two beverages of the guest’s choice.

First Course
Warm Shrimp Remoulade
Grilled Gulf shrimp served warm atop creamy stone-ground grits, with a side of bold Creole remoulade with hints of mustard, anchovy, and capers. Finished with a touch of pickled okra and fresh herbs for a perfect balance of richness and brightness.
Second Course
Andouille & Chicken Gumbo
A soulful, slow-simmered gumbo featuring smoky andouille sausage and tender chicken,
enriched by a deeply flavorful dark roux. Accompanied by fluffy white rice and garnished with
green onions and authentic filé powder.

Père Roux Cake

Celebrate Mardi Gras with “Laissez les Bons Temps Rouler,” a one-night-only pop-up dinner at Warren’s Backyard featuring a refined take on classic Louisiana flavors, executed by Anise Culinary and Chef Megan. This three-course prix fixe experience begins with chilled Gulf shrimp rémoulade, followed by a soulful main course of slow-braised chicken thigh étouffée with smoky bison andouille over Carolina Gold rice, and concludes with warm Père Roux cake finished with brown butter rum caramel. Guests will also enjoy warm cornbread with Creole butter and two beverages of their choice (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) included with the evening. Thoughtfully crafted, rich in tradition, and designed to be savored, this intimate Mardi Gras dinner brings the spirit of Louisiana hospitality to the table.
