Jump in line.  This is not an Artist VIP or Artist Meet and Greet ticket and will not have a dedicated line.  Your name will be noted Will Call.  Alert the Box Office attendant of your purchase and provide a valid form of ID. The ID must match the name of the purchaser.  See transfer instructions below.  Can I transfer my Add-On ticket to another person? Yes. Please email jarratt@cafedunord.com at least 24 hours in advance. How early should I show up? Any time.  The PV section of the mezzanine is waiting for you! Are the Add-ons refundable? No. Add-ons are not refundable. I purchased an Artist Meet & Greet or VIP ticket.  Does my VIP or Meet & Greet ticket allow me access to Swedish American Hall's front row seats? No. Preferred Viewing access is not included in any Artist VIP or Artist Meet & Greet ticket and is subject to availability.  Additionally, a Preferred Viewing purchase does not qualify you for Artist Meet & Greet or Artist VIP.   Complimentary Drink Tickets How many drink tickets will I get?
