Entry
How do I enter the venue?
Jump in line.  This is not an Artist VIP or Artist Meet and Greet ticket and will not have a dedicated line.  Your name will be noted Will Call.  Alert the Box Office attendant of your purchase and provide a valid form of ID. The ID must match the name of the purchaser.  See transfer instructions below. 

Can I transfer my Add-On ticket to another person?
Yes. Please email jarratt@cafedunord.com at least 24 hours in advance.

How early should I show up?
Any time.  We saved a spot just for you!

Are the Add-ons refundable?
No. Add-ons are not refundable.

I purchased an Artist Meet & Greet or VIP ticket.  Does my VIP or Meet & Greet ticket allow me access to Cafe Du Nord’s Preferred Viewing area?
No. Preferred Viewing access is not included in any Artist VIP or Artist Meet & Greet ticket and is subject to availability.  Additionally, a Preferred Viewing purchase does not qualify you for Artist Meet & Greet or Artist VIP.  

Seating

What type of seating is available?
The Preferred Viewing experience will give you access to elevated platfrom with booth seats.
Seating is subject to the evening’s availability.

For any event that is 18 or 21 and over. Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Support acts are subject to change without refund.

Professional Cameras are not allowed without prior approval. Professional Camera defined as detachable lens or of professional grade as determined by the venue staff. When in doubt, just email us ahead of the show! We might be able to get you a Photo Pass pending Artist’s approval.
