    She Keeps Bees

    Alternative Rock

Brooklyn’s She Keeps Bees have self-recorded and released music made at home since 2006. Their debut album, Minisink Hotel, was described by NYC’s Other Music as “the best album you’ve never heard." Nests, their second full-length, was admired by the Guardian as “sparse, soulful and defiantly retro.” Their third LP, Dig On, was praised by the BBC as "an album of fire, spirit, and sweat."

  • New Myths

    New Myths

    Indie Rock

Blending electronic elements and synthesizers with fuzzy guitars and haunting vocal melodies, NEW MYTHS create a sound that catches you and keeps you. A Brooklyn/NYC-based power trio with a new wave/rock sensibility, NEW MYTHS is Rosie Slater (drums/vocals), Marina Ross (bass/vocals) and Brit Boras (guitar/lead vocals).

The trio set out to write music that they loved, combining elements of bands that inspire them like Blondie, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Nirvana, Garbage, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Joy Division. "NEW MYTHS manage to bring on the rawness of a power-trio 90’s Muffs with the smoothness of a glammed-out 80’s Blondie." - Pancakes & Whiskey

Since releasing their self-titled EP in 2012, their song “False Gold” was featured by Lou Reed on his XM radio station and was a 2016 SXSW choice by Steve Lamacq of BBC Radio 6’s “6 Music Recommends”. “False Gold” has also been featured in ad campaigns by Gucci, and surf company REEF. In 2014, both The New York Times and The Guardian wrote up NEW MYTHS as top performers at CMJ Music Festival. Building a following with a powerful live show and a uniquely dark and danceable sound, NEW MYTHS released their debut album "Give Me Noise" October 2014 via their own imprint Taming Ghosts.

The history of LANTRNS is one of evolution, despite the young band still being in its infancy. A series of lineup changes have forced the group, fronted by Kaitlyn Mills on vocals and keyboards, to adapt and grow while remaining true to its musical vision. Now joined by Jenny Palumbo on bass and Sridhar Ravichandran (ex Heliotropes) on guitar, the dark electronic indie pop outfit is ready to sweep New York City up in its haunting and atmospheric sounds
