    Pijama Piyama began in 2019 as an imaginary collective of desert degenerates known as "El Grupo Afrutado". After a short period as a solo act, Pijama Piyama transitioned into a full ensemble with members; Jonathan Saillant, Pablo Bastidas, Jeanine Salmeron, Mert Salahi, Brady Saillant, Ben Wise and sometimes Jessie Demaree. Inspired by Cumbias, Salsa, Frank Zappa and the world of psychedelica, their music aims to capture a playful amalgamation that spawns a synergy—a cheeky collision of tangible past and pixelated present.

    Phoenix-based latin folk fusion band Medio Pinto uses violin, cuatros, tambor redondo (culo e' puyas) and more to propose a vivacious blend of Afro-Venezuelan roots with elite classical pedigree to nurture vibrant new melodic motifs and infectious rhythms, never resting on the search for diverse and innovative new sounds.

    The multi-instrumentalist members draw upon a shared background in the famed Venezuelan symphonic program El Sistema combined with a passion for intertwining tropical beats with world genres.

    CRVNT3S started Dj’ing in 2011 at The Filmbar with a laptop, an audio-to-phono cable and the drive to curate musical experiences. Twelve years later, CRVNT3S has not only expanded his equipment, but his style. He is known around the valley for his unique digital and all vinyl sets. CRVNT3SPHX has had the privilege of helping curate musical experiences around la Finikera ranging from social justice events to opening up for musicians. His community, its culture, and the people in it are what have always motivated CRVNT3S. Bringing people together through music continues to be his passion.
