Extinction A.D.
Metal
Formed in 2013 on Long Island, NY Extinction A.D. are an intense metal band with modern power and frenetic energy. The band have released two full-lengths and two EP’s, and have shared stages with the likes of Obituary, Thy Art is Murder, Havok, Fit For An Autopsy, Testament, Suicidal Tendencies, Exodus, Kvelertak, Cattle Decapitation and more.
So many different worlds shaped this band; from writers like Alan Moore and George Orwell; lyricists like Wreak Havoc and Chuck D; to directors like Tarantino and John Carpenter. But musically, Extinction A.D. hook up a tube of early 90s era of metal into their veins. Not just bands like Machine Head and Pantera, but the often overlooked 90s offerings from Testament, Sepultura and Slayer.
Thrashing just as hard as their predecessors, the band also break their surroundings down and deliver some heavy as hell riotous mosh; hitting that all-important sweet spot mixture of 80s thrash, 90s extreme metal and New York hardcore, all encompassed into one.
Their third full length album "Culture Of Violence" is out now on Unique Leader Records.

Assault
Assault
Death Metal/Black Metal
Hard. Fast. Loud. Dirty. Mean. As their name suggests, Assault’s onslaught of rapid-fire riffs has captivated audiences in Cleveland and beyond in recent years through the electrifying energy of their live performances alone. These young thrashers breathe new life into both the rising metal scene and mosh pit veterans alike. The band combines your favorite parts of old school metal with a fresh take complimented by crushing grooves, blistering guitar solos and infectious hooks.
Originally started in 2014, Assault had seen numerous lineup changes, demos, and even a second-place win at the Tri-C High School Rock Off before solidifying their current company of serious shredders. Featuring Dylan Andras’s (Mutilation Barbecue, Olathia) abrasive vocals and devastating guitar work—matched only by the mind-bending chops of guitarist Zeke Brake—Dave McJunkins’ thunderous bass grooves and the explosive drumming of Owen Pooley (200 Stab Wounds), Assault has become a force to reckoned with in the metal community.
The band released their debut album, “A Blind Eye,” on July 15th, 2022 after four years of tribulations to rave reviews from their die-hard fanbase, followed by their festival debut at Full Terror Assault VII.
"Pinnacle of Suffering," Assault's first new music since the release of their 2022 debut album, spawned from a chat with a friend about the worst was to die. The conversation told of a man exposed to several times the lethal dose of nuclear radiation after a power plant mishap, who was kept alive for eighty-three days in hospice while his body slowly rotted from the inside out. Sparing the gruesome details, this struck metal inspiration for Assault—who deliver the story of this long and excruciating death in the form of a relentlessly riffing two-and-a-half minute track. Featuring blazing double bass drums, ripping guitar solos, and a headbang-inducing sing-along chorus of "Die... Slow!"
Currently, Assault is preparing to release new music and hit the road in 2024.

Anti-Sapien
Anti-Sapien
Death Metal/Black Metal
Oozing out of a sewer and blending with street muck, Anti-Sapien was born in the chaos of quarantine boredom with a need for crusty slam. Releasing a demo and playing shows almost immediately, as a 3 piece, featuring Richard Aucecema and Blake Charlton (Ramming Speed, Bones Brigade, Slashers, Shredded) the name was released into the scene. Quickly recruiting axeman Nathan Rand (Dissident Corpsepile) to fill out the lineup the band opened for the likes of Morta Skuld, Knoll, Yatra, Somnuri, Immortal Suffering, Demiser, Rawtopsy, Sentient Horror, Bonginator, Cloak, & Animals Killing People to name a few and showing they can fit in with any kind of heavy. A demo track was even played on air by Dean Rispler's "records of ruin" show via Gimmeradio several times! The band made a lineup change when founding member Jeff Monge (Dieja, Vindicta) left the band and Alex Fewell (Black Mass, Scaphism) joined in on drums. Rehearsing like mad the band managed to lock in and record a 10 song full length in under 6 months! Recorded by Jamie Gazzero (Church Burn) and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust). Also featuring Joseph Kreyvko (Bury Your Dead, Edict) as well as Dave Suzuki (Churchburn, Vital Remains) this vicious slab sounds like d-beaten, crusty mold covered death metal with nods to punk as well as slam. The combination is as infectious and catchy as it is brutal and chaotic. Looking forward the band is excited to already be working on new material as they plan their summer tour!
