Paega* (pronounced Pay-Gah) is a Syracuse based band that weaves elements of multiple genres while maintaining at its heart, an original (progressive-ish) rock sound. The band conjures up visions of descriptive, dark, yet beautiful songs. Their latest album, "The Lessons of Abstract Dreaming" (2024) shows a developed musical identity and growth. With PJ Will on guitar and lead vocals along with bandmates Scott Catucci on keys / synth, John Joe Wisniewski on bass, Ryan Carroll on guitar and Jake Holcomb on Drums, they are able to deliver a sound that could have rolled out at the tail end of the 70's, with a cinematic ideology that spans genres and is full of imagery and imagination. PJ's musical style calls listeners to interpret the music but stays true to the song from his heart.
