Garage Rock
Osees
Osees
Garage Rock
Now in its third decade, John Dwyer's endlessly mutating garage-psych project, Osees, remains one of the most prolific and unpredictable forces in American underground rock, with a catalog that swings from hazy folk to warped pop to full-tilt krautrock depending on Dwyer's inspiration. 2026 has brought a blistering run: on the heels of last year's blown-out Abomination Revealed at Last, Osees dropped the surprise EP Cara Maluco before releasing their 17th studio album, OFF COURSE, born out of loose, free-associative jam sessions. Live, the band is anchored by the dual-drummer attack of Dan Rincon and Paul Quattrone, along with Tomas Dolas (guitar/samples/keys) and Tim Hellman (bass), delivering together the kind of relentless, shape-shifting energy that's made them a fixture of festival and club stages alike.

Mt Warning
Mt Warning
Alternative Rock
Formed on the far North Coast of New South Wales by songwriter Mikey Bee and filmmaker/producer Taylor Steele, MT WARNING emerged with a cinematic blend of alternative rock and atmospheric songwriting. Their acclaimed debut album, Midnight Set, earned national and international radio support, including triple j, BBC Radio 1, and XFM UK, while the band built a reputation through standout performances at festivals including BIGSOUND, Reeperbahn Festival, Laneway Festival, Splendour in the Grass, and SXSW. Midnight Set also debuted in the Australian Independent charts, establishing MT WARNING as one of Australia's most compelling independent acts.
MT WARNING have featured music on surf films like 'Here & Now', 'This Time Tomorrow' and 'Missing' and have embedded their lush take on rock and roll from East Coast's to West in both Australia and the USA.

Jack Shields & The Mojave Rush
Jack Shields & The Mojave Rush
Alternative Rock
Jack Shields & the Mojave Rush is an indie rock band from Los Angeles started by songwriter Jack Shields. After releasing music under his own name, Jack expanded the project into a full band with the collaborators who he’d already spent years on the road and in the studio with, Jakob Ervin and Dylan Schneider. Jack, Jakob and Dylan make up three of four members of folk rock band Richy Mitch & the Coal Miners.
Anchored by Jack's detuned electric guitars and direct, unvarnished songwriting, Jack Shields & the Mojave Rush lives somewhere between Wilco, Pavement, and Neil Young. Years of touring together have earned the trio an easy chemistry that lends to a sound that's both ragged and refined with fuzzy guitars, understated rhythms, and melodies that stay front and center.

Emily Afton
Emily Afton
Alternative
Emily Afton identifies as a queer singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and DJ whose emotionally candid writing and unmistakable voice bridge the musical worlds of indie folk, alt-pop, and electronica. Born and raised in San Diego and now rooted across California—calling both the Bay Area (Oakland) and San Diego home—Afton has built a devoted following over the past decade through her dynamic live shows, DIY ethos, and evocative musical storytelling.
Described by NPR as "wonderful, wonderful electro-pop that's weary of life, but still positive," Afton's music has been featured on shows like Riverdale, Batwoman, and The One That Got Away. She has toured nationally as direct support for Third Eye Blind, performed for an audience of more than 40,000 at the 2017 San Francisco Women's March, and shared stages with a diverse array of artists in cities across the U.S. and around the world.
Her 2024 sophomore album, Circaa, marked a bold artistic evolution, earning praise for its lush, polished production and deeply personal exploration of identity, heartbreak, and self-determination. The project also earned Afton features on KCRW and recognition at the LA International Film Festival for her queer micro-thriller short film accompanying the album's single "Running Out of Time." Now, Afton is entering a new creative era with a forthcoming folk/alt-country EP, due out this fall.
The project's first single, "It's You," arrives July 24, introducing a new, retro-inspired indie-pop rock sound for Afton and her band, while preserving the emotional honesty that has become her signature.
Whether behind the microphone, DJ decks, or on stage with her band, Emily Afton continues to create songs and spaces in which listeners are invited to feel deeply, question freely, and find comfort in the chaos of these times.
