Accepted proof of vaccination: Excelsior Pass  NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS  CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) Physical NYC Vaccination Record Official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S (see full requirements here) Any guests, including ticket holders, unable to provide adequate proof of vaccination will not be granted entry into the venue. MASKS Masks are encouraged unless actively eating or drinking. All Brooklyn Bowl staff are fully vaccinated.
