Join us for an event two and a half decades in the making, a celebration of the transformative power of poetry featuring thrilling performances from some of The Town’s and the Bay Area's best and brightest literary luminaries. The incredible evening of poetry and community will be led by Oakland Slam founder Sonia Whittle and longtime producer Dahled Jeffries. This special event is a celebration of 25 years of The Oakland Slam with appearances and performances by some of the best and brightest performers to bless the mic over the show’s storied history. 

This event is set to take place on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 8 PM to Midnight at Crybaby in downtown Oakland.
