Noah Wotherspoon is a guitarist/singer/songwriter from Dayton, OH. At 16, he performed at the Chicago Blues Festival and recorded his debut studio album “Buzz Me” with APO Records, featuring the legendary Howlin' Wolf guitarist Hubert Sumlin. In 2015, Noah received the Albert King Award for Best Guitarist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.  Noah has performed and conducted guitar workshops around the world, including Eastern Europe, Iceland and Mexico.  Noah currently lives outside of Cincinnati with his girlfriend, artist Jessi Bair whom he also performs and records music with as a duo.  Beyond music, Noah is working on two immersive audiobooks  “Visions of Eli” and “Ishkabibble,” as well as a film about another famous Dayton OH resident, the American cairvoyant Edgar Cayce.     Blues fans worldwide know Johnny Burgin as a tireless road warrior, performing 200 nights a year worldwide.  Cleveland blues fans may remember a younger version of Johnny playing behind artists like Sam Lay, Paul DeLay, Pinetop Perkins, and Tail Dragger.  Johnny grew up in Starkville, Mississippi and went to University of Chicago at 18, but ended up attending "blues university" in Chicago's blues clubs for the following two decades.  Now based in Memphis, TN, Johnny's a 23 BMA Nominee for Best Traditional Blues Artist and he was nominated for a BMA for Best Traditional Blues CD of 2017 for Howlin' at Greaseland, a Howlin' Wolf tribute.  His most recent release, "Ramblin From Coast to Coast", was the 6th most played blues release of '24 on The Big Blues Chart and was nominated by Blues Blast Magazine for the Best Traditional Blues Album.     Johnny and Noah reconnected to teach at the Chicago Blues Guitar Workshop this Summer, which quickly led to many successful shows together in Chicago and Ohio.  They're true brothers in the blues, displaying a unique synergy and musical connection.  Don't miss this explosive blues guitar duo!
