Unlike many of today’s musicians, Netherfriends really knows how to make music. He cut his childhood teeth as the frontman of a punk ska band called “The Argyles” and attended Columbia College in Chicago for Music Composition. 

Out of his experiences, Netherfriends developed a unique style that combines the emotional intensity of punk music with a more worldly approach to hip-hop. The result is neither punk nor hip-hop, but a personalized and stunning sound that envelops the listener in the depth of his passion as he sings about love, life and weed.
