Neil Levin is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, and producer from Orange County, CA, known for pioneering the genre “Cosmic Blues,” which fuses blues and indie rock to revive emotional depth in modern music. Since founding his jam band counterconformity in 2018, Neil has released multiple solo and collaborative projects. He received his MA from Berklee College of Music in 2025.
