Nationally Spoken Poetry Showcase
A National Poetry Month Experience
Houston, this is not a poetry night. This is a moment.
This National Poetry Month, Houston Improv and Sol-Caritas LLC are turning the stage into a full scale experience of rhythm, truth, laughter, and raw emotion. The Nationally Spoken Poetry Showcase brings together powerful voices from across the city along with nationally ranked slam poets for one unforgettable night.
Expect high energy performances. Expect stories that hit home. Expect moments that make you laugh, think, feel, and reflect. This is spoken word at its finest. Bold. Honest. Unfiltered.
The night will also feature special duet poetry sets where poets share the stage together, blending voices, perspectives, and performance styles in ways that push the art form even further.
Whether you are a longtime poetry lover or stepping into your first live showcase, you will leave changed.
