Clear Bag Policy
The following bags are allowed:
• Clear Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bags (Maximum Size: 12”x6”x12”)
• Small Clutch Bags Approximately the size of a hand (Maximum Size: 4.5”x6.5”)

VIP Package Information

Communication: VIP buyers will be emailed about four days before the concert. If you haven’t received anything three days prior, check your junk folder. If still missing, email info@chuggmusic.com.

Changes: VIP items, experiences, times, and locations may vary by venue and can change at any time.

Your Details: You must provide correct and current contact information. The Artist, Ticketing Company, and Venue are not responsible for undelivered items caused by incorrect details.

Arrival Time: A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package. The time of the Acoustic Session and Fan Q&A will be communicated closer to the Show dates. There may be further conditions contained in the Acoustic Session and Fan Q&A details and instructions provided prior to the Show dates, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.

VIP Laminates: Laminates are souvenirs only and do not grant venue or backstage access.

Package Pickup: All VIP items must be collected at the venue during VIP check-in. Items will not be mailed or held for later pickup.
