Miami Carnival Grand Parade & Concert is a family event with many different types of entertainment, including a parade of masquerade bands usually led by a steel band and featuring DJ music through the Fairgrounds ending on-stage where the bands are judged in various categories including “the use of color” and the King and Queen of Miami Carnival. Nearby is a Food and Crafts Village where you can find international foods, country flags, and crafts from the various Caribbean islands, a Business Expo and throughout the day Caribbean music can be heard. Later in the day, at the second stage, you will be entertained by the most popular Caribbean entertainers from Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia, the Bahamas…and so much more. You don’t have to sail to the Caribbean; immerse yourself at The Fair on October 11th and you can truly say you’ve visited the Caribbean.
