Kari Assad is a Mexican-Lebanese comedian and writer based in Los Angeles. She is the co-host of the popular show Mermaid Comedy Hour at the Hollywood Improv. Her silly and relatable content has been featured on the popular comedy platform WhoHaha, and she's also been a featured performer at premium festivals like Limestone, 10,000 Laughs, and Flyover where Tig Notaro personally picked her to open. When she's not on stage, you can find her borderline making out with your dog.

Valerie Tosi is a Second City trained actor, writer, voiceover artist, and stand-up comedian. In 2019, she made her late-night debut on Conan and has appeared in a viral commercial for Lyft with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube, was featured on 'The Joel McHale Show' on Netflix, 'Based On A True Story' on Peacock, and was a guest star on 'Stan Against Evil' on IFC. You may recognize Valerie's voice from her work on scripted podcasts, animation projects, and several ad campaigns, including Google Home Mini. As a comic, she tours the US regularly and has headlined and featured at festivals such as Limestone, Laughing Skull, and West End. Between road dates, Valerie has produced and hosted The Mermaid Comedy Hour, a monthly female- and non-binary-focused comedy show at The Hollywood Improv, for over 10 years. She regularly features for Emmy Award-winning comedian Dana Gould and has previously featured for Paul Reiser, Heather McDonald, Gina Brillon, Orny Adams, Brent Terhune, and more. Her debut comedy album "Beach Trash" reached #1 on the iTunes charts and was featured in The Boston Globe. When she's not slinging jokes, you can find her at her pinball league (yes, that's a real thing!), pumping quarters into the Jurassic Park table.

Laura Kightlinger is a stand-up comic and TV writer. Along with stand-up specials on HBO and Comedy Central, and appearances on Conan, she’s played Albert Brooks’ girlfriend on Curb Your Enthusiasm, narcissist mom Deb Taylor on PEN15, and recurring character Nurse Sheila on Will & Grace, where she was a writer/producer for the run of the show. Laura wrote and starred in her own series, The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman, currently on Amazon. At the JFL Comedy Festival, the Montreal Gazette described her as “a femme fatale who took risks leading the audience into hilariously dark, unexpected territory.”

Irene Tu is an LA-based stand-up comedian, actor and writer who honed her chops in San Francisco. Her first comedy album WE’RE DONE NOW debuted in March of this year at #1 on the iTunes comedy charts. Irene has performed at Netflix Is A Joke comedy festival in the highly coveted “INTRODUCING” showcase. Her STAND-UP FEATURING set is the most watched reel on Comedy Central’s Stand-Up’s Instagram page, with over 2.7 million views. Marlena Rodriguez is a first-generation Cuban, Puerto Rican TV writer and comedian. She’s written for Lord Miller’s Clone High, Tina Fey’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, HBO's Silicon Valley, and much more. Marlena has performed stand-up around the world, was named a Comic To Watch by Comedy Central, and was one of the first Latinas to do a set on Late Night television. Recently, Marlena was Head Writer for Stephen Colbert's PICKLED on CBS, where she worked with such talent as Emma Watson, Will Ferrell, and living legend Kelly Rowland.

Allie Zisfein is a comedian, writer, actress, host, and producer. Allie is based in Los Angeles and has performed all over the country. Being born in New York and raised in Westport, CT, could have made her entitled and bitchy, but she's really down to earth, just ask her dog. Since arriving in Los Angeles, Allie has focused on the stand-up comedy circuit and has performed all over the city. She is an associate producer of Hot Tub with Kurt & Kristen and previously ran "Heist" Stand-up Show at Nicos in Atwater Village. She has been part of the Westside Comedy Festival and Southland Comedy Festival, and most recently performed at the New York Comedy Festival and Don't Tell Comedy.

Originally from Austin, Macey Isaacs studied at The Groundlings and is a nationally touring stand-up comedian. She has performed in festivals including Netflix Is A Joke, Laughing Skull, Flyover, Limestone, Boston Comedy Fest, PRIZE, and Bergamot, and has been featured on Netflix Is A Joke Radio on SiriusXM. She's opened for comedians such as Chelsea Handler, Tom Segura, Dusty Slay, and Dean Delray.
In 2001, she was the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Champion at her elementary school. In 2022, she was named one of Interrobang's "Top 35 Comics to Break Out," and in 2023, she was a finalist in KTLA's Summer of Funny. In 2025, she made her network television debut on CBS's Comics Unleashed and released her Don't Tell Comedy special "How I Lost My Teeth" and her Dry Bar Comedy special "Half Sister."
