Kari Assad is a Mexican-Lebanese comedian and writer based in Los Angeles. She is the co-host of the popular show Mermaid Comedy Hour at the Hollywood Improv. Her silly and relatable content has been featured on the popular comedy platform WhoHaha, and she's also been a featured performer at premium festivals like Limestone, 10,000 Laughs, and Flyover where Tig Notaro personally picked her to open. She's written for Bounce TV, The Onion, Reductress, and McSweeneys and has performed on Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen, The Second City Diversity Festival, The Westside Comedy Festival, and one time on Law and Order SVU by accident. She co-created and co-produces Hilarious Habibis, the first ever Middle Eastern-only standup showcase at The Hollywood Improv.

Holly Ballantine is a literal train wreck who has been charming audiences across the country with her hilarious stories of motherhood, marriage, and many near-death experiences since the day Chris Rock told her she was funny. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where she co-produces Hissy Fit Comedy and the West End Comedy Festival. Holly is a weekend regular at the Punchline and Laughing Skull Lounge, where she was the April 2022 resident. She’s been accepted to and performed at Big Sky Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, Limestone Comedy Festival, 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, and Big Pine Comedy Festival, where she won a Best of Fest Award. Her writing has been featured on Buzzfeed, The Chive, HuffPost, and the Washington Post. She does not hold grudges, but has a spreadsheet of everyone who owes her favors.

Amy Brown is a national touring headliner for Moms Unhinged and a regular at Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Lounge. Her debut special “Indoor Wife” is out now on her YouTube (Amy Brown Comedy), where you can also find her weekly podcast, Amy Brown Comedy Podcast. Dylan McKeever is a comedian, writer, artist, musician, and video maker. Her work revolves around her queer identity, trans issues, race, politics, sex, and dating. She has worked with HBO, Instagram, TikTok, and GIPHY, and wrote on the upcoming Cartoon Network show SuperMutant Magic Academy. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Jessica Sele is a Los Angeles–based stand-up comedian by way of the San Francisco Bay Area comedy scene. She performs regularly around LA and hosts the weekly show Eating Out at Fred 62, is a regular host at Chatterbox, and runs the podcast Late Stage Comedy.

Taquita Love is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian and registered nurse who blends sharp storytelling with her medical background. She is the creator and host of the Comedy is the Cure podcast, which was selected for the inaugural ESSENCE Festival Creator Program. Taquita has appeared on Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen and performs regularly at comedy clubs throughout Los Angeles. Her comedy proves that laughter really is the best medicine.
