This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, smart watches, smart accessories, cameras and recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. 
 
Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr cases that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times, and can access their phones throughout the show at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr cases before returning to the performance space.  
 
Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

    Maz Jobrani is a comedian and actor who performs around the world and recently released a new standup comedy special THE BIRDS AND THE BEES that is now available for streaming on YouTube. As an actor, he was most recently seen playing the loveable "Fawz" on the CBS comedy SUPERIOR DONUTS. He has made many appearances on television's most popular shows including GREY'S ANATOMY, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, BETTER OFF TED, LAST MAN STANDING, and SHAMELESS. He has also been a regular guest on THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT AND THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN. Maz starred as the title character in the award-winning indie comedy, JIMMY VESTVOOD: AMERIKAN HERO, a feature which he co-wrote and co-produced. He has co-starred in many additional films, including Sydney Pollack's THE INTERPRETER, Disney's DESCENDANTS and Ice Cube's FRIDAY AFTER NEXT. Maz's other standup comedy specials include IMMIGRANT, which was filmed at the prestigious Kennedy Center and is a NETFLIX original, as well as 3 additional solo specials on SHOWTIME: BROWN AND FRIENDLY, I COME IN PEACE, and I'M NOT A TERRORIST, BUT I'VE PLAYED ONE ON TV.     One of the hottest comedians on the Hollywood scene, Actor, tv/radio host, and activist, Tehran Von Ghasri, is a Washington DC native. Half Iranian and half African-American, Tehran is known for his multicultural humor, diversity, and unique life perspective, . With degrees in International politics, economics, and law, Tehran often brings his activism and social commentary to life on stage through his comedy. A Laugh Factory favorite, Tehran has been featured on Fox, Bravo, Pivot, Revolt and Comedy Central.

    Comedy

    Crystal Marie is a comedian, actress, and producer, based in Los Angeles. As a stand-up comedian, Crystal performs throughout the United States and internationally, headlining venues across the map and previously opening for the likes of Jay Leno, Russell Peters, Adam Carolla, and Maz Jobrani to name a few. Currently, Crystal is on the road with a brand-new hour of material for her nation-wide “Call Me Mommy” standup tour. She was also a featured artist at the 2024 Netflix is a Joke Festival, regularly performs throughout LA’s comedy scene, recently recorded for Netflix is a Joke radio’s SiriusXM show “Are You Still Listening?”, and is currently preparing her debut one-hour special. Notably, within the past four months Crystal’s social media presence has more than quadrupled to 475k+ on Instagram alone with over 50m views per month across her reels.

    On the Film and TV side Crystal has several unscripted projects set up with various partners across town focusing on an array of topics pulled from her own life as a comic as well as her experience being the proud daughter of Iraqi immigrants. As an actress, she can be seen in THE GUTTER for Village Roadshow alongside Shameik Moore, Adam Brody, and Jay Ellis. The film premiered at SXSW before going on to a theatrical release nationwide.
