*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Martin Masakowski & John Maestas​ Bassist Martin Masakowski and drummer John Maestas are two deeply respected New Orleans musicians known for their versatility, musical intuition, and strong collaborative chemistry. Masakowski, a member of the renowned Masakowski musical family, is an inventive bassist and composer who has worked across jazz, funk, and improvised music with artists throughout the New Orleans scene and beyond. Maestas is a dynamic and sensitive guitarist whose groove-forward yet exploratory approach has made him a sought-after collaborator in jazz and creative music settings. Together, they bring a powerful blend of tradition, spontaneity, and modern expression to every performance.
