*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Marina Albero Duo Join us for Happy Hour with the Marina Albero Duo, led by Barcelona-born pianist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist Marina Albero. Raised in a traveling musical family and trained in both Barcelona and Havana, Albero draws on jazz, flamenco, Cuban son, and classical traditions to craft music that is adventurous, soulful, and deeply personal. She has earned international acclaim with projects like her triple album A Life Soundtrack, which won “Album of the Year” from Earshot Jazz, and her recent New Orleans–inspired recording A Nomad of Sound. In the duo setting, Albero’s expressive piano and improvisational spirit merge seamlessly with her partner’s voice and instrument, creating an intimate yet expansive sound.
