Originally formed by a group of four San Francisco high school students, “Maisy & Friends” has been performing around San Francisco since 2020. The band’s sound is influenced by folk, funk, indie, and their collective backgrounds as jazz musicians. Over the years, the band has transformed into a rotating lineup of Bay Area talent, featuring several notable vocalists and varying instrumentations. In this most recent iteration of Maisy & Friends, the group is proud to feature Bay Area singer songwriters Isabel Dumaa and Rachel Barton. The group’s 2021 EP can be found on all streaming services.

Old Growth is an 11-piece reggae band that formed in 2022. Their sound is best described as roots reggae influenced by various other genres of music including soul, jazz, afrobeat, and R&B. Hailing from Los Angeles and the greater Bay Area, the collective is primarily comprised of UCLA music students and graduates. Over the past year, the group has amassed a large following within the UCLA house show community and begun working on their debut EP featuring all original music, which is scheduled to drop on November 17th. Old Growth has performed at several notable venues around L.A. and the Bay Area including Neck of the Woods, Brick & Mortar, and The Mint.

Ben Rubin, artist from the Bay Area, California, has made significant waves as a DJ, instrumentalist, producer, composer. He has spent the past four years based in Durham, North Carolina, where he built a reputation his dynamic live sets that blend electronic elements, eclectic song selection, and live instrumental acts, Ben has played clubs and parties across San Francisco, New York City, and Los Angeles, as well as composed pieces for Violin Quartet and Piano.
