MAGIC DICK of the J. GEILS BAND  with Terry Davidson and the Gears Woodlands Tavern - Columbus, OH November 20, 2025     Prepare to get your face blown out by the master of Rock and Roll / Blues harmonica!      As famous rock critic Dave Marsh states “Magic Dick is possibly the best white musician ever to play blues harmonica”. Not only that, but “Magic Dick and his licking stick” was an integral part of one of the greatest live  rock ‘n’ roll bands ever, The J. Geils band.       Terry Davidson and the Gears will support Magic Dick (Richard Salwitz), as they have frequently for the last 9 years, for this blues and rock & roll show. The great vocalist Long Tall Deb will join the band for this special show.     The set will begin with blues classics by Dick‘s heroes such as Little Walter, Big Walter, and Sonny Boy Williamson.  Then it’s off to a Hard Driving set of early J.
