Beginning February 1, 2022: Under the current Oakland Department of Health Order, all patrons and guests are required to provide proof of full vaccination.
Vaccination Proof can be an original, copy or picture of your vaccination card from the CDC, a healthcare provider, or a government agency or a digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California. Vaccination proof will be cross checked with a valid Photo ID (if over 18).

All ticket sales are final. Lineups and set times are subject to change without notice, due to circumstances outside our control. If there is a cancellation or postponement, ticket holders can a) hold on to their ticket to be honored at a later determined date or b) receive a full refund. If a full cancellation occurs, refunds will be processed automatically - please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
