With genres of stagnate duplication and pools of curiously aggressive music addicts, the looming fans looking for an outlet have come to find Florida quartet Lydia Can’t Breathe. While constructing a sound unique to the usual genre classifications, this metal/rock band from Florida defies the normal sound with an exciting mixture of growling vocals, natural vocals, driving an over tone of heavy break downs with catchy progressions. LYDIA CAN’T BREATHE Lydia Can’t Breathe features the energetic vocals of frontman Kyle Bolduc. Plus instrumentation from Ryan Cowell on guitar, Josh Runfeldt on drums, and Shad Roundy on bass. The magnitude of their presence and work ethic has landed the band opportunities to play Rockfest with acts such as Asking Alexandria, Incubus, Rise Against to name a few. In an industry where it's all too easy for independent bands to give up, A LIGHT DIVIDED continues to overcome obstacles and keep the faith.  Our work ethic and determination to succeed, coupled with the intensity of our high-energy live performance, has built us an army of dedicated fans whose support has given us opportunities to share the stage with countless national acts, including a spot on the Ernie Ball stage at Warped Tour. Our unique blend of music that's heavy enough for the hardcore crowd and soft enough for mainstream radio has even won Jaycee "Best Rock Female" at the Carolina Music Awards as well as being voted "Best Up and Coming Band" at the Barebones Entertainment Awards.  The release of 2015's MIRRORS allowed A Light Divided to reach new heights by signing with 10&8 management and plant five successful regional tours in support of the album under our belt.  Still, enough is never enough. As we prepare for the explosive launch of our next album in 2018, you can expect to see us push harder and farther than ever before. So, here we go!

The Iron Gates was started by Brandon and Matt back in 2009, which soon after added Derek Mitchell to the roster for a few years. Derek parted ways years later to focus on time with family, and some time after him departing found Brian Nichols and Dustin Savage to join up! In-between all the board games and video games, new inspiration was found and burned in us all to get this band underway! Thus a name was born and The Iron Gates were eager to continue to find the one last missing element, a drummer. We still search for the right component and fit for the group!
