The Little Miss Ann Band plays upbeat, interactive fun songs that kids and families will sing, jump and dance along to!  Little Miss Ann is a Filipina-American, nationally touring kids musician who has made 9 award-winning Family Music albums. She is also a former Chicago Public School teacher, an instructor at Chicago's iconic Old Town School of Folk Music, a social justice activist, and an active Chicago Recording Academy member.Ann’s songs have been featured on many notable kids music radio programs including Sirius XM Kids Place Live and Philly’s WXPN Kids Corner. Besides Little Miss Ann, Ann also performs in another kids music band under “Birds of a Feather” with Brooklyn’s Suzi Shelton. Little Miss Ann Band has performed at many esteemed venues including the Getty Museum, SXSW and Lollapalooze Kids stage. Whether Ann is singing about Ube, a Filipino purple yam, or the 606, a landmark trail in Chicago, her musical themes will inspire kids to let their own light shine in their own families as well as in their communities!
