Lever is a 4-piece alternative rock band hailing from Chicago, IL taking influences from artists such as Nirvana, Wavves, Silverchair and Speedy Ortiz. In May of 2015, the twenty-somethings released their debut album "Hover Bored" and ventured out on a West Coast tour starting off at The Vault in Madison, WI and ending at Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, CA. They've played in offices, community colleges, at wrestling shows and even flea markets. Lever is making a name for themselves with their all out, energetic live performances, and their catchy grunge pop guitar riffs. "Just like our favorite 90’s rock groups, Lever possesses a knack for distortion-fuzzy tracks with a bad attitude. Each song harkens back sounds of Nirvana, Sex Pistols, and other bands that would fit perfectly in a grimy, small club venue."
