Description
The Legions of Metal Festival was born out of the end of the Ragnarokkr Metal Apocalypse Festival. Legions of Metal Festival will continue to bring the best of the classic metal from the 80's that we all love and also bring in the newer bands who will carry the torch into the upcoming years in the metal world. You will be able to see some of the newest bands in the scene throughout the day and end each night watching the bands you grew up listening to. The fest will feature two stages and plenty of vendors.

Nasty Savage is a thrash metal band originating from Brandon Florida, USA. The band rose to popularity primarily due to lead vocalist “Nasty” Ronnie Galetti’s over-the-top stage show performances (in early shows Ronnie would smash television sets over his head.)
The first album featuring the hit single “XXX” was recorded at Progressive Music in Tampa. These recordings helped get the band signed with heavy metal label Metal Blade Records.
After releasing four albums between 1983 and 1989 they broke up. After there had been speculation about a reunion for some time, an album of new material was released in the spring of 2004. Since then, the band has played an occasional live show but has not recorded.

RIOT V just headlined this years Skulls of Metal Festival (Spain), Blast from the Past Festival (Belgium) and appearances at Bang Your Head 2017 (Germany) and will do one last Europe Tour in early December! 2018 will see RIOT V headline Germany’s Headbangers Open Air as well as appearances at Loud Park 2018 (Japan), Rock Fest Barcelona and Leyendas del Rock 2018 (Spain) a tour of the UK and more tour dates to be announced!
With reissues on Sony, EMI & Metal Blade, RIOT are consitently on radio and metal charts worldwide, as well as being a part of New York City's Top 20 Most Influential Metal Bands, 100 Best Metal Albums of All Time, 100 Best Metal Bands of All Time and numerous mentions on VH1’s That Metal Show with Eddie Trunk and staff sighting RIOT as one of the innovators of Metal music in America and beyond!
