Jimmy Burns puts the fun in funny! After ten years of teaching elementary school Mr. Burns transitioned from school teacher to stand-up comedian and filled his act with stories of laughter we all can relate to.
“I got stories! I taught in the Title One program, a Private school in Encino, Los Angeles Unified & Omaha Public schools. And I did time as a substitute teacher too!!”

Comedy
Keith Michael Ashton
Keith Michael Ashton
Comedy
Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Keith sharpened his wit living in the projects and
enduring the sting of his Trinidadian mom’s belt when his grades fell short. This
upbringing nurtured his uncanny ability to capture human behavior with his writing,
stand-up comedy and acting. While hanging out in Greenwich Village, attending New
York University, he started performing on stage.
Currently working on the West Coast, he is featured in the independent film, “Who Stole
the Electric Car” which screened at various film festivals across the U.S. and in Europe.
He performed a monologue piece for Lifestyle Magazine which aired on Trinity
Broadcasting Network. He also booked several commercials, one with award-winning
director Harold Einstein on a General Mills Fruit Roll Ups national commercial and
another with creative director Vanessa Marzaroli on an Angie's List commercial.
Infusing a love of acting with a passion for writing and performing stand-up comedy,
Keith is hilariously cerebral…an animated old-schooler. There is an urban legend that
says Franklyn Ajaye and Woody Allen were gene-spliced and the result was Keith. He
performs at Los Angeles clubs such as the Improv and Ice House and has made
television appearances on shows on CBS, BET and Comedy Central.

Comedy
Jann Karam
Jann Karam
Comedy
While attending Arizona State University, Jann Karam performed stand-up comedy at
open mic nights at a Mexican food restaurant in Scottsdale. She was paid one
chimichanga per joke. After developing her act (and gaining 13 pounds), Jann moved to
New York City, where she began working as a professional comedian.
The LA Times has called Jann “a woman blessed with looks, talent and the gift of
restraint,” and the New York Times credits her as “a comedic breakthrough.”
Her numerous TV credits include The Tonight Show, The Late Show with David
Letterman, HBO’S Young Comedians Special, The Arsenio Hall Show, Seinfeld, Mad
about You, How to Live with Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life), Politically
Incorrect, Norm, Dr. Katz, and many others. As a stand-up, she headlines across the
country and regularly tours with SNL alumnus Dana Carvey.
Jann wrote and directed an award-winning short-film, Under the Big Muu-Muu, and has
released two successful comedy albums—Live at the Blue Loon and Same Guy,
Different Shirt—and, when scheduling permits, performs her critically acclaimed solo
play Reclining Nude on La Cienega in Los Angeles theaters. She’s also written a book
based on Reclining Nude’s theme: a contemporary woman’s struggle to find peace and
authenticity (and maybe a man who knows how properly to use a fork) amid life’s chaos.
Of Jann’s work, Larry David raves, “She was good when I saw her. “
