LIVE! FRI, JULY 10th at 6:30PM & 8:30PM. Two Shows Only!
"Bunny Butchers Broadway!" is a must-see, laugh-out-loud blend of musical theatre, outrageous comedy, and glamorous costumes. Bunny takes on Broadway classics like "Wicked," "Dreamgirls," "Gypsy," "Cabaret" and "Chicago." Even newer Broadway smashes like "This Is Me" from "The Greatest Showman" and "Let It Go" from Frozen.
"The show," says Bunny, "contains hit songs from a whopping 20 different musicals. But it can also be enjoyed by non-Broadway fans because of crossover nature of the song’s selections--though there are a few Broadway oddities from the past. "Liza With a Z" becomes a song about pronouns, and The Wiz's "No Bad News" gives Bunny's view on the debate over trans people and bathrooms. Trans rights are literally in the toilet!," she says.
With her trademark dishy humor, Bunny devotes a high-octane medley to Drag Race queens, as well as a scathing drag update.
Bunny also debuts brand-new comedy songs that have wowed audiences from Sydney to London, including an ode to Ozempic, and another original tune which zaps everyone's least favorite billionaire Elon Musk. While this act doesn't dwell on politics much, Bunny does announce her 2028 presidential run, complete with a hysterically nonsensical platform.
For those who don't typically connect Bunny with Broadway, the Lady says "I'll have you know that I have a lot in common with Broadway legend Patti Lupone. Neither one of us looks good dressed as women."

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
“There are some people who were simply born to be the life of the party, and nightclub fixture Lady Bunny appears to be one of them,” wrote Vogue magazine.
The internationally known drag icon, comedian, recording artist and jet-set DJ is as famous for her big-banged bouffant and her notoriously naughty wit as for her ability to get a dancefloor jumping.
A Manhattan gal since the early 80s, Lady Bunny shares Atlanta roots with fellow drag star and former roommate, RuPaul, and is most famous for co-founding and emceeing Wigstock, the annual New York City Labor Day outdoor drag festival that ran for nearly 20 years.

Best known for founding the outdoor NYC drag festival Wigstock, LADY BUNNY has moved onto film (Wigstock: The Movie, To Wong Foo, Another Gay Sequel) TV ("S-x and The City", "The Comedy Central Roast of Pamela Anderson" and "Rupaul's Drag U.") In print, Bunny contributes to Star Magazine's popular Worst Of The Week column every week and in 2010 was selected by V Magazine, along with Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga, as one of NYC's most notable residents. Bunny tours constantly with her bawdy night club act, headlining at clubs and gay pride events nationwide and somehow finds time to DJ as well at private bashes for celebrities ( Iman, Naomi Campbell, Andy Cohen, Kelly Ripa) as well as at annual events like the Empire State Pride Agenda's Hamptons fundraiser.
With her oversized bouffant hairdos, Bunny is hard to miss-- as Lady Gaga found at her Madison Square Garden concert as the pop diva gave the drag diva a shout-out on her Monster Ball HBO special. Bunny's one woman show ran for five months at La Escuelita and received rave reviews including one from the NY Times which wrote "Most of Lady Bunny's best lines are unprintable here, but more than any performer I saw this year 'the old pig in a wig,' as she calls herself, made me weep with laughter, often while groaning with disgust. And isn't that what the best low comedy is all about?" -
