You should arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime as seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you want to have dinner prior to the show, you should select one of the dinner with show options when ordering your tickets. If you have a dinner reservation prior to the show, you should arrive at the time of your reservation so you can be seated timely in our supper lounge and we will reserve your seats in the showroom while you enjoy your dinner.


You must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult.


There is a two drink minimum per person inside the showroom. We serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The beverage minimum is not included in the cost of the ticket.


There is an a la carte menu available during the show in the showroom. Food purchases do not count towards the two drink minimum.


We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners as well as cash.


All Sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bring the email confirmation with you to the show, a picture ID and the Credit Card that you used to purchase the tickets in order to pick up your tickets. The person who purchased the tickets is the only one who can pick up the seating ticket. Upon checkout, you will also have the option to place a name other than yours to pick up the tickets at will call.


Absolutely NO bags are allowed in the showroom, NO exceptions. Bags can be checked with the coat check attendant before entering the showroom.

All ticketed events are to be held irrespective of weather conditions. On some occasions, weather may make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, Carolines will make the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. Carolines will issue refunds ONLY if a show is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If a show is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer to purchase tickets. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle. A portion of Carolines.com's service and handling fees may be non-refundable in all cases.


Please note: By purchasing tickets for this event you, and all other ticket holders in your party, agree to abide by Carolines’ COVID-19 policies. These policies include, but are not limited to: wearing a face covering while at the venue (except when eating or drinking at your seat), following all social distancing safety guidelines while at the venue, abiding by all signage posted at Carolines and not entering the venue if you, or any member of your party, is feeling ill or has been in close contact with anyone with a known case of COVID-19. Ticket sales for this show will only be available online through Ticketweb. Our box office will not be open for over the phone or in person sales.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to sever illness and death. By attending any event at Carolines, you assume all risks, hazards and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Carolines and it’s affiliated parties.
