    Music

Katie Kuffel is a composer and musician based in Seattle, Washington. Her first full-length album, Pearls, was released in October of 2015 after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Her first EP, Animal Pragmatist, was released in 2013.

Katie’s songwriting is both innovative and thoughtful, with a contemporary sound that draws from blues, jazz, and folk music as well as her training in classical cello and jazz piano. An openly queer artist, she explores concepts of sexuality and femininity throughout her works.

Katie has been featured as the musical act in popular podcast Welcome to Nightvale, and in PopMatters as one of the ‘best musical hopes to break out on 2016.'

In the words of author Adam Finley:

Pearls sounds like alternate-reality Regina Spektor, heavily steeped in the Pacific Northwest with bright piano and a gorgeous voice gliding, rich and effortless, through craftily constructed songs that balance whimsy and self-awareness.

Pearls is available on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon and Bandcamp, and Katie can be found performing at venues throughout Seattle and the greater Pacific Northwest.

    Alternative Rock

Heather Edgley is known for her contemporary style and ethereal voice that captivates audiences with the vulnerability of her tone and lyrics. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Heather Edgley is a local Seattle Singer Songwriter and pianist. She has been song writing since the age of seven and is a self-taught pianist. Drawing influences from Pop, Folk, Indie, Contemporary, and Classical music, her songs are crafted through a process of natural expression and careful thoughtfulness about the human experience, existentialism, life, love, death, and the struggles we encounter. Heather Edgley writes about the real, the raw, the beautiful, the ugly, the hopeful, and the despair we feel. She believes uninhibited
expression is the most genuine way to connect us all through her music. Her songs reveal light-hearted commentaries on the human experience as well as the secrets of her soul. She writes of the sensitive topics we often don’t talk about in order to connect with her listeners on the deepest level, reminding us, even just for a moment, that we are not alone in our struggle, fight, or feelings.
