If you require special seating, please call the venue for accomodations no later than 48 hours prior to show date. ~JUSTIN KAUFLIN is an award-winning American jazz pianist, composer, producer, educator and Quincy Jones Artist.  He performs worldwide solo or with his trio, is recorded on 31 albums, composed the film score for critically acclaimed documentary Keep On Keepin On, published 29 original compositions and produced 4 albums as leader. ~ Justin's relationship with mentor Clark Terry was chronicled by friend and fellow musician, Al Hicks. Five years in the making, the resultant documentary, Keep On Keepin' On, won numerous awards and made the Oscar's Short List. Justin composed the film score and was subsequently signed by legendary producer and music icon, Quincy Jones for management.   ~~Justin has since toured with Quincy Jones, Keep On Keepin On and the Justin Kauflin trio across the country and around the globe.   Quincy also oversaw Justin's second and fourth full-length CDs, Dedication (2015) and Coming Home (2018).  Dedication debuted at #6 on CMJ Jazz chart, #10 on Billboard's Traditional Jazz Chart, hit #1 on JazzWeek's chart and remained in the top 10 spot for 9 straight weeks. ~~Justin recently relocated to Los Angeles, CA and continues to work on new music, recording, touring and giving jazz clinics and workshops.  CD Release Tours are scheduled for early 2019.   ~~Boathouse 400 Restaurant and Scullers Jazz Club combine to offer a Dinner and Show Package!  Patrons enjoy preferred seating in the club as well as complimentary parking! For a nominal fee, guests can upgrade their beverage selection.  The menu changes seasonally to ensure only the freshest ingredients are used! Add the dinner to your show ticket purchase for only $50.
