Anchored by the core lineup of Rob Smith, Emmett Ientilucci, Don Torpy, and Mike Gladstone, the band has built a loyal following on the strength of their two albums, energetic live shows, and easy chemistry onstage. While the core quartet forms the heart of the group, Junkyardfieldtrip frequently expands their musical universe with an extended family of collaborators. This spirit of openness and creativity is especially on display during their “Junkyardfieldtrip Deluxe” performances—special nights where the band brings along a larger ensemble to reimagine their material with new textures and colors. The Deluxe lineup includes an impressive roster of talent such as Perrin Yang (violin), Greg Gefell (pedal steel guitar), Leecy Momano (vocals), Brian Ayers (acoustic guitar/vocals), Chad Ayers (guitars/vocals), Willy O'Riley (keyboards), and a vibrant horn section including Malcolm Williamson (trombone), Jordan Lerner (saxophone) and Angel Lopez (trumpet). These expanded shows showcase the band’s songs in fuller, more adventurous arrangements—along with a few unexpected, crowd-pleasing covers. The band will also welcome up-and-coming 17 year old country singer Keira Shea—to jump in on a few songs, adding fresh energy and showcasing their commitment to a vibrant musical community.
