Description
Julianna Joy is an undeniable force in the underground pop scene, breaking out with her viral hit “Cherry Bomb” and later releasing her debut album Somebody Call the Firemen!. After attending Grammy Camp in 2017, she met Jamie Cerreta, who introduced her to Dylan Gardner, helping create her first project Cherries. The EP’s singles “Nevermind” and “Cherry Bomb” (now at 5.3M+ streams) led to her signing with Recognition Publishing and a key collaboration with Teddy Geiger.
Her sophomore EP Garden of Eden earned major features and included work with John Ryan, Ariza, and Mags Duval. In 2021, her sound shifted toward darker alternative pop after working with Dee Lilly, leading to projects like Unhappy and her debut album. Joy has toured the West Coast with Xana, played sold-out shows in Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco, and opened for Anna Shoemaker, Adam Paddock, and Kailee Morgue. She recently signed with Fave Son Agency and is setto perform at Summerfestin Milwaukee 2026.
