John Michael Bradford is a compelling trumpeter, singer and composer.  A native New Orleanian, Bradford has been playing professionally since his teenage years. He has studied the complex intricacies of both classic and avant-garde Jazz. He skillfully combines melodies and rhythms to produce a tapestry of feelings that transports listeners.  John Michael has been mentored by and performed professionally with many renowned artists including Jon Batiste, Herbie Hancock, Leo Nocentelli, Leslie Odom Jr., Harry Connick, and  Dumpstaphunk . His discography includes recordings with the likes of Donald Harrison, Sam Williams of Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Rickie Monie of Preservation Hall, and Leo Nocentelli of the Funky Meters.
