There is a two-item minimum purchase requirement in the showroom for all guests. 

Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths. Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 30 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 30 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. No exceptions, no refunds.

No cell phone use, photography or video recording is permitted during performances.

All sales are final.

    Jessica “Jess Hilarious” Moore is an American stand-up comedian, actress, voice artist, and media personality whose career spans digital content, television, live performance, and national radio. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Moore first gained widespread attention by creating viral comedy skits on social media, especially her popular segment “Jess With the Mess,” where her sharp observations and relatable humor quickly built a large following, with over 8.5 million followers across her personal platforms and over 4.4 million following The Breakfast Club podcast where Jess co hosts, totaling toa reach of over 13 million.

    Jess’s early success on social platforms paved the way for her stand-up career, where she has toured nationally and opened for established comedians, earning a reputation for candid, high energyperformances. She transitioned to television as a series lead role on the Fox sitcom Rel, and frequent appearances on shows such as The Nick Channon Show, MTV’s Wild ‘N Out, BET’s Black Card Revoked, All Def Comedy on HBO, and The Real Daytime Talk Show.

This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Seating:
All seating is first come, first served at Management's discretion. All tables, including VIP, are generally shared seating.
If you would like a private 4-person table, you must purchase all 4 seats. Otherwise, you may be seated with another party.

Group Requests:
If you would like to be seated with another party, please make a note in the comments section at checkout, call our Box Office during business hours, or email denver.boxoffice@improv.com. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee group seating unless your entire party arrives together. For best results, please meet in the lobby before entering the showroom.

Late Arrivals & Re-entry:
To ensure the best experience for all guests and performers, doors close 30 minutes after showtime.
Late arrivals or guests who exit the building after entry will not be readmitted. No exceptions.

All Sales Are Final:
No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.

2-Item Minimum:
There is a two-item minimum per person inside the showroom (food or drink).

Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate ejection from the venue without warning or refund.
